One thing the majority of Wisconsin’s legislators can do well is win elections. But that doesn’t mean they represent the people’s interests. Since the Citizens United decision on campaign funding, untold amounts of money have flooded our state. Few offices, from Supreme Court justices to rural assembly seats, remain untouched. Undisclosed levels of funding, and the interests behind it, are undermining fundamental principles necessary for a healthy democratic society.  ▶ MORE . . .
